From cramps to temperature swings, specialist hormone doctor, Dr Sohère Roked, advises how to manage symptoms..
.'Throughout the menstrual cycle, levels of oestrogen and progesterone rise and fall dramatically, directly impacting sleep architecture,' explains Dr Sohère Roked, a GP and functional medicine doctor working with TOTM.
